Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire production process for a variety of dairy products, including fresh organic liquid milk, yogurt, mathah, and cheese, etc  ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance at each stage.
∎ Implement and maintain effective production schedules to optimize output while minimizing waste and downtime.
∎ Collaborate with farm management to monitor the supply chain of fresh milk, ensuring timely deliveries and adjusting procurement strategies in accordance with production demands.
∎ Implement quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, utilizing inventory management software to track stock and forecast future needs.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to both direct-to-consumer sales and distribution channels, increasing market penetration and driving revenue growth.
∎ Create targeted marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels such as social media, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions to highlight key products and engage the consumer base.
∎ Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and adapt sales strategies, accordingly, using data-driven insights to refine approaches.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail chain outlets and grocery stores throughout Dhaka to ensure prominent product placement and optimal in-store visibility.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and strategies that effectively communicate the unique selling points of products.
∎ Identify and analyze potential new sales channels, such as online marketplaces and specialty stores, to expand market reach.
∎ Develop partnerships with distributors and logistics providers to enhance product availability and distribution efficiency.
