Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To strategize, plan & implement policies to facilitate regional operations facilitating farmers and input providers
∎ To plan and execute the best strategies in formulation of business products to attract farmers
∎ To monitor and manage the regional operations
∎ To plan, design, implement and co-ordinate activities with financial institutions to facilitate alternative fund management
∎ To supervise the preparation of reports and advice on abnormalities observed and suggest solutions to rectify
∎ To review and implement strategy to ensure objectives are achieved on a quarterly basis and implement measures to enhance performance
∎ To coordinate budget objectives of the department to ensure targets are achieved as per approved budget
∎ To prepare departmental budget and projections for growth in line with business's target

Salary: Negotiable
