Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Life Cycle Manager to oversee end-to-end operational management of our financing products, from farmer onboarding to loan settlement. This role requires strong project management capability, field coordination expertise, and data-driven decision-making skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, plan, and deploy financing projects in alignment with business objectives.

·       Manage end-to-end farmer onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and verification.

·       Coordinate with partner banks to facilitate account opening and loan processing.

·       Ensure timely loan approval, input distribution, and fund disbursement.

·       Monitor field operations and conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and performance.

·       Track product performance throughout the life cycle, from onboarding to final settlement.

·       Maintain and update operational data accurately in systems and reports.

·       Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Field Operations.

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and partner bank requirements.

·       Prepare structured reports and dashboards for management review.

·       Manage risk assessment and ensure timely recovery follow-up where applicable.

·       Support scaling of financing products across new territories.

 

Skills & Qualifications

·       Graduation from a reputed public or private university.

·       3–5 years of experience in project management or operations management (preferably in financing, agri-business, or field-driven business).

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards).

·       Expertise in field management and operational supervision.

·       Strong structured reporting and documentation skills.

·       Good communication and stakeholder management ability.
