Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence & MIS Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and advanced data analysis capacity. The candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful business insights, supporting management in strategic decision-making. The role involves building interactive dashboards, preparing MIS reports, and analyzing business performance for both local and global operations.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate insightful business intelligence.
Develop and automate MIS reports to support daily, weekly, and monthly management decisions.
Work closely with management to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations in Power BI.
Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluation to support strategic planning.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support as requested by management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate business reports.
