Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for growth for all the offline formats.
∎ Generating higher productivity across all the channels.
∎ Responsible for Business Development across all formats.
∎ Merchandising management. Discount strategy. Ensuring right mix between fresh and discounts sales. Ensuring a minimum net realization value.
∎ Making market support available as per the sales projections.
∎ Cost management across all verticals. Brand Staff Cost Management.
∎ Working on closures wherever required on a time bound basis.
∎ Ensuring optimum & efficient stock management.
∎ Review and ensure continuous availability of Key Brands.
∎ Evaluation of Consumer buying behaviour and Marketing Initiatives.
∎ Business Development of brands within the stores.
∎ Promote use Visual Merchandising and Communication. (Planograms).
∎ Talent Identification and Management, Training and Development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 50 years
∎ Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the capability to establish a rapport with diverse backgrounds at all levels of employment.
∎ Excellent communication and relationship management skills with aptitude for collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business needs and solutions.
