∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Diploma/ Post Graduation Diploma in textile technology/ Merchandising/ Fashion Designing will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Apparel merchandising, Computer Proficiency, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Fabric Costing, Garments, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing buyer / Direct communication with new customer.
∎ Compliance factory sourcing & place order independently.
∎ Having experience minimum 15 - 20 years.
∎ Having to operate individual department / Team professionally & independently.
∎ Frequent overseas travelling experience EU / USA and other countries.
∎ Target for Business turnover should be achieved as following:-
∎ 1. First 6-month Minimum 1 (one) million dollar.
∎ 2. 12-month 4 - 5 million dollar.
∎ 3. After Second year 10 million dollar.
∎ Dubai / Hong Kong / Bangladesh showrooms can be organized for buyer meetings according to buyer demand. Also the company has strong financial strength to support buyer’s on payment terms.
∎ Handsome profit sharing, incentives will be provided every quarterly basis.
∎ Salary & others based on company rules.
∎ Foreign candidates are also welcome to drop CV.
∎ Good working atmosphere / environment.
∎ Should have Good knowledge on Design & R&D.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years

∎ Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure with set target.
∎ Should have proven leadership and inter-personal skills with capacity to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer including MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Expertise in SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Should be fluent in both spoken and written communications in English.
∎ Ability to speak Hindi would be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
∎ Experienced to handle European and USA retails business
∎ Any foreign candidates will be preferred in this position
