∎ Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Interpersonal, Optimistic, Strategic Planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): LPG Gas, Business development, CNG, CNG Station Operation, Conversion Workshop, Manufacturing business, Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, CNG, CNG Conversion, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of operational work within the company.
∎ Responsible to preparing, monitoring, evaluating and develop business operating budgets relating to procurement of manpower supply demand, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner as per guide line of the Management.
∎ Responsible to developing, reviewing & improving administrative systems, polices & procedures.
∎ Responsible to ensuring smooth operations of the business. .
∎ Responsible to ensure logistics for smooth running of the business.
∎ Responsible to planning and execution of business as per requirement of market.
∎ Responsible to planning and ensure all procedures, compliance issues, SOPs and other parameters for business.
∎ Responsible to ensuring proper safety and security of all men and materials.
∎ Responsible to engage available man power to optimize productivity through efficiency.
∎ Responsible to make a monthly, quarterly and yearly detail business plan and execute them accordingly.
∎ Responsible to design strategic plan to make the business more profitable and sustainable.
∎ Responsible to plan and execute total operating guidelines.
∎ Responsible to ensure cost effective operations with minimizing cost and expenses.
∎ Responsible to any other assignment given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Good presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Must be a good strategic planner and implementer.
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
