Responsibilities & Context:
Manage complete factory operations, including daily production, equipment maintenance, hygiene, and safety.
Ensure recipe standardization, quality consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.
Lead sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and seasonal offers.
Explore B2B opportunities, corporate catering contracts, and partnership development.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to shape business decisions.
Monitor outlet sales performance and coordinate with marketing teams for visibility and customer engagement.
Supervise factory and field staff, ensuring attendance, discipline, training, and performance evaluation.
Manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, delivery efficiency, driver supervision, and fuel tracking.
Serve as the primary liaison between the factory and head office for planning, reporting, and strategy execution.
Prepare detailed reports on factory performance, sales growth, marketing outcomes, fleet utilization, and employee KPIs.
