- Must know how to ride a Motorcycle.
- Fluency in both English and Bangla languages is required
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain regular communication with distributors and establish new ones according to policy guidelines
Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of distributors. Facilitate the development of distributors
Foster strong communication with colleagues and other stakeholders
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL brand products and update dealers accordingly
Conduct product promotions through distributors
Regularly visit distributor showrooms and warehouses
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements
