• Age 22 to 35 years

• Strong analytical skills
• Field experience, Leadership capacity, and Good communication skills. Expert in Microsoft Office.
• Must know how to ride a Motorcycle.
• Fluency in both English and Bangla languages is required

• Maintain regular communication with distributors and establish new ones according to policy guidelines

• Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of distributors. Facilitate the development of distributors

• Foster strong communication with colleagues and other stakeholders

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL brand products and update dealers accordingly

• Conduct product promotions through distributors

• Regularly visit distributor showrooms and warehouses

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

• Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements
