∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Field experience, Leadership capacity, and Good communication skills. Expert in Microsoft Office.
∎ Must know how to ride a Motorcycle.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bangla languages is required
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
∎ Generate necessary reports as per departmental requirements
∎ Maintain regular communication with distributors and establish new ones according to policy guidelines
∎ Continuously assess the strengths and weaknesses of distributors. Facilitate the development of distributors
∎ Foster strong communication with colleagues and other stakeholders
∎ Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all WALTON & MARCEL brand products and update dealers accordingly
∎ Conduct product promotions through distributors
∎ Regularly visit distributor showrooms and warehouses
∎ Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
