∎ University - 4 year degree/Bachelors on International Business/Communication/Strategic Marketing (English Medium Background)
∎ Certified in English like "IELTS" with excellent score is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic Purpose of Position:
∎ Know the Business and the CM's Role in the Business.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
∎ Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
∎ To learn what CM wants to achieve and how.
∎ Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
∎ Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
∎ Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
∎ Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
∎ Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
∎ Respond to emails, messages and other correspondence where necessary.
∎ Operate and maintain office equipment.
∎ Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
∎ Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
∎ Taking dictation and minutes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5/5-7 years of experience in MNC.
∎ Strong project management skill.
∎ Strong Executive Presence.
∎ Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint & etc.
∎ Able to work independently and willingness to support others.
∎ High level of personal & business integrity.
∎ Strong organizing skills, able to manage multiple tasks.
∎ Detailed oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ A fast learner with analytical mind.
