∎ University - 4-year degree/ Bachelors: International Business/ Communication/ Strategic Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
∎ Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
∎ Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
∎ Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
∎ Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
∎ Respond to emails, messages and other correspondence where necessary.
∎ Operate and maintain office equipment.
∎ Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
∎ Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
∎ Taking dictation and minutes
∎ Unlike an administrator carries out administrative work on behalf of Country Manager.
∎ Know the Business and the CM'sRole in the Business
∎ Become an Expert in Communicationon behalf of CM
∎ Keep CM'sCalendars in Sync
∎ To learn what CMwants to achieve and how
∎ To maintain a smart appearance and practice good time management
∎ Being unflappable - working under pressure
∎ Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
∎ Coordinate arrangements, meetingsand/or conferences as assigned.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly
∎ Know the Business and the CM'sRole in the Business
∎ To learn what CMwants to achieve and how
Additional Requirements:
∎ Multinational Company experience: 3-5 years
∎ Preferred: 5-7 years
