Role Overview Summary
The National Volunteer – BDS (Business Development Services) and Fund Mobilizing will accompany youth-led CSGs/networks (e.g., NYF and grassroots CSOs) in Bangladesh to strengthen their resource mobilisation and financial sustainability alongside entrepreneurship/BDS pathways. Through demand-driven coaching, mentoring and co-creation of simple tools, the role will help groups develop values-aligned fundraising and partnership strategies, access micro-grants/innovation funds, and build the systems needed to attract, manage, and account for resources that sustain youth-led actions on SRHR, climate/DRR, livelihoods, and inclusion under the ACTIVE Extension Project.
