Experienced HR generalist with 5+ years in the development sector
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Well-versed in Bangladesh employment laws, safeguarding & complaint management
Proficient in HRIS systems and generating report

Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview Summary: The Project People & Duty of Care Officer will be responsible for supporting the Bangladesh office people and duty of Care functions. This includes providing full recruitment services, ensuring good people management, support staff learning and capacity building initiatives, and be the projects’ focal point on safeguarding and duty of care, logistics, health and well-being of staff and volunteers.
