∎ We at Hifab International (www.hifab.se) are looking for a "Business Development & Sales Manager" to join our team of winners. HIFAB is one of Sweden`s leading project management consultant in international development offering services for a wide range of international and national development programmes financed by international and national funding agencies and companies.
∎ If You have:
∎ Bachelor in Marketing or any discipline from any reputed public university.
∎ Record of successful completion of a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and helps to generate revenue for the organization.
∎ The ability to work independently and to set your own targets, which are realistic and achievable.
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) working experience in a relevant field
∎ You will be:
∎ Business Development & Sales Manager reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.
∎ Your role will be:
∎ Promoting Hifab`s business, creating awareness about the organization among key stakeholders in private & public sector, acting as a driving force & think tank to win projects in private & public sectors in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your specific responsibilities will be:
∎ Developing new business channels for Hifab in Bangladesh
∎ Enhancing people and process capabilities to win private sector projects
∎ Building bridge between hifab and private sector and driving continuous awareness among the private sector businesses, associations, chambers, institutions and regulators.
∎ Collating hifab's global competence to develop specific offers for private sector enterprises
∎ Collecting market intelligence and act as custodian for competitor profiling and key information
∎ Liaising with all local & foreign chambers, regulatory bodies overseeing foreign investments, government departments & institutions facilitating trade & commerce, commerce section of foreign embassies, private sector business enablers etc.
∎ Connect hifab with business envoys and ensure hifab's participation in various investment summits arranged by private and public bodies
∎ Design & develop service offers, pitch for potential opportunities in private sector, follow-up for materializing the opportunities.
∎ Acting as Key Contact for private sector clients and ensure service deliveries for ongoing assignments.
∎ Building cost competitiveness at all levels for service offers in the market.
