Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prospect leads and acquire qualified students who are interested in studying abroad and provide strategic guidance to connect them with the right educational institution based on their needs.

  • Perform a range of outbound sales and account management activities (calls, e-mails, CRM logging, virtual meetings with potential international students every day). Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.

  • Increase brand presence, lead generation, customer acquisition in specified target markets aligned with company objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of student accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with clients.

  • Develop and maintain high levels of customer interaction, conversion, and lead generation.

  • Develop and implement strategic promotional strategies to publicize Connected services and increase customer acquisition.

  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.

  • Communicate with higher ed institutions on behalf of students.

  • Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.

  • Work in collaboration with Management & Marketing Team to suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Perform relevant tasks and projects assigned by management.
