Job Responsibilities:
∎ Retail Non-Performing Asset (NPA) Management.
∎ Mitigate the risk on mortgage documentation deficiency: Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed under secured products by ensuring compliance on customer's security documentation.
∎ Regular follow up with overdue customers and ensure centralized letter sending to overdue customers.
∎ Inter Departmental Activities: Rapport build up with other Branch people, unit heads, business support units.
∎ Voluntary contributions as and when asked by management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to write and speak moderate English and fluent Bangla.
∎ Should have a good knowledge of local FI/NBFI regulations
∎ MS Office
∎ Required Competency:
∎ Strong compliance, communication and negotiation skills required.
∎ Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with differential strategies.
∎ Initiative and drive people to achieve set targets and service standards.
∎ Excellent coordination and multitasking skills in a high paced organization.
∎ Proactive, hardworking and effective team player.

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 15,000 to 26,000 (Negotiable)
