Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Site Visit, Land Valuation & plan approval checking etc.
∎ To conducts physically investigate/verify information provided by applicant/customer in loan application to ensure quality of credit files.
∎ To conduct telephone verification of all contact numbers of loan applicant, guarantors and other, if any.
∎ To conducts document verification, on-site employment/business/professional and rental income verification etc.
∎ Other mortgage & security assessment related activities such as title search etc.
∎ Prepare MIS of daily received file/delivery of verification/ technical visit reports; follow up/pending update report.
∎ Ensure archiving of all required documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical skill and critical reasoning.
∎ Experience in technical appraisal & contact point verification (CPV).
∎ Good understanding of construction plans (approved plans/working plans etc).
∎ 1-2 years' experience with construction/developer company is preferable.
∎ Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Must be highly PC-literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.
∎ Strong willingness to travel/visit extensively to different places/clients.
∎ Required Competency:
∎ The incumbent will have to interact with valuable clients and high officials of the company. Effectively communicating with these people is critical to the success of this position.
∎ The incumbent must have strong organizational skill to collate, organize, summarize, effectively communicate and store information received from different departments. Ability of multi-tasking and working with people from different sector is a must in this position.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all levels of employees.
∎ Knowledge of current market practice and mortgage & security assessment related activities in Bangladesh to assess risk involved in new investment

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 15,000 to 26,000 (Negotiable)
