Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer reception and handling. Receive & make calls to the customers. Handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Maintain good relationship with customer and provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and collect customer's feedback.
∎ Administrative duties of branches as instructed by Branch Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Customer relationship management.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Sound knowledge on English and Bangla both in written & verbal.
∎ Experience in PABX operations.
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 15,000 to 26,000 (Negotiable)
