Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain, contribute to effective project implementation
∎ Developing training Modules, tools and other materials
∎ Capacity building of Field Officers, Contact Women, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Communication, networking and linkages
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation
∎ Develop strategies for IGA implementation, based on assessments of the local market
∎ Identify potential service providers, input/output market actors, project partners and develop strategies to capitalize on potential opportunities and address limitations/constraints
∎ Develop value chain strategies
∎ Undertakes capacity building of stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year's field experience on livelihood programme implementation, especially in Training and capacity building, monitoring and Evaluation, community mobilization and especially in Income Generating Activities and analyze IGA and effective value chain system.
∎ Strong team management skill.
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
