Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management:
Scope new partnership opportunities with hotels, businesses, embassies, and consulates to promote Secrets Bangladesh tours.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, businesses, embassies, and consulates, ensuring ongoing collaboration.
Engage with partners weekly, providing them with updates, new tour offerings, brochures, and marketing materials.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to maximize customer bookings.
Make partnerships with influencers and relevant projects to expand brand reach.
2. Pitch Decks & Marketing Materials:
Create professional pitch decks and presentations to secure strategic partnerships.
Assist the marketing team in designing brochures, banners, and other print materials for each partner.
Ensure that all partners are equipped with the right marketing materials to promote Secrets Bangladesh tours.
3. Partnership Implementation & Operational Setup:
Set up a full operational system with partners, including:
Hotel partnerships: Ensuring hotel guests have access to tour information and can book easily.
Business collaborations: Setting up physical booths, digital displays, or in room brochures in partner locations.
Embassy & consulate tie ups: Offering travel solutions for diplomats, foreign travelers, and expatriates.
Ensure that customers can easily book tours through partners with a seamless booking process.
4. Billing & Payment Collection:
Prepare bills and invoices for customers and ensure timely payments.
Collect payments from partners, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure proper documentation of revenues from partnerships.
5. Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement a digital content plan for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create captions and copywriting for social media posts.
Guide video editors and graphic designers to ensure high quality content creation.
Boost content and manage media buying to ensure that our posts go viral and reach the right audience.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong community around the brand.
Create and maintain a travel page on facebook.
6. Content Creation & Partnerships:
Plan, coordinate, and lead video and photo shoots for marketing campaigns.
Establish partnerships with media outlets, YouTube channels, social media groups, pages, and influencers to expand brand exposure.
Collaborate with influencers and travel bloggers to generate organic content and reviews.
Ensure our content is high quality, engaging, and shareable across platforms.
7. SEO & Website Marketing:
Work closely with the SEO Specialist to write blogs and articles that drive organic traffic to our website and social media platforms.
Optimize digital content for SEO to improve ranking on Google and other search engines.
Regularly update the website with new and engaging content.
