Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ideally you will have experience Immediate Urgent Deliveries, Next Day & International Delivery, Ecommerce Delivery and Time Courier Deliveries
∎ Transport logistics background, such as International Carriers, Pallet Network, or other Logistics Network sectors may be suitable
∎ Candidate should have a proven track record in Courier Services (ideally)
∎ Be someone who wants to grow their business and maintain an entrepreneurial streak.
∎ Proven track record in new business development
∎ Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and buyers.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
∎ Researching and liaising with officials of other companies to learn their needs.
∎ Formulate strategies to acquire business intelligence such as information other company decision-makers.
∎ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Preparing powerful graphic illustrations of products, market trends and monthly & yearly sales trends.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Willingness to undertake travel.
∎ An open and likeable personality with honesty and integrity.
∎ Autonomous approach with a positive 'can do' attitude.
∎ Track record of success in B2B new business sales
∎ Proven to be results orientated
∎ Strong negotiating and selling skills
∎ Drive and enthusiasm
∎ Determination to meet business targets
∎ Track record of success in B2B sales
∎ Ability to research and appoint your own prospects
∎ Highly presentable and have excellent presentation skills
∎ Experience in FedEx/DHL/Local courier will be highly appreciated
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5 - 7 years supervisory / management experience in a similar environment
∎ Demonstrated leadership abilities
∎ Previous experience with courier/express/parcel delivery company
∎ Comfortable with using MS Office and technology tools.
∎ Technical Knowledge:
∎ Strong knowledge of courier operations process
∎ Verbal and written communication skills (Bengali and English)
∎ Comfortable with direct people management
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Time Management
∎ Problem Solving
∎ Process Improvement
∎ Knowledge of proper freight handling/loading techniques
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations & management
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to create conditions for cooperation and high standards of performance from subordinates to ensure targets and KPIs are met
∎ Strong organizational skills
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 60000 (Monthly)
