∎ Training/Trade Course: Extra IT courses and knowledge will be given preference,Graphics and other designing skills will be welcome
∎ Skills Required: Canva, Client Management, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Risk Managementent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales lead and close deals, which shall be incorporated into monthly targets, and followed up on weekly basis.
∎ All sales reporting must be done as and when needed to meet KPI
∎ Communicate with prospective and present clients regarding new potential and products of the company and successfully close sale deals.
∎ Conduct presentations or demos of current products and be able to identify client problems and generate solutions.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with clients for new requirements or up gradation of products.
∎ Measure each employee on their Key Performance Indicator goals. Recognize those meeting goals and develop an action plan for those employees not achieving goals to improve performance.
∎ Ensure that employees have a clear understanding of performance expectations, are properly trained, and obtain feedback/support how to be better.
∎ Proactively communicate with all employees through 1-1.s, team meetings, written memo's, etc. and build a positive environment.
∎ Report directly to the Managing Director regarding any decision, issues etc. and provide continuous updates.
∎ Prepare and deliver operational reports and client reviews.
∎ Prepared to travel within Bangladesh and Abroad as per job requirements.
∎ Update Principal office regarding progress and day to day operations.
∎ On Site software configuration.
∎ Should have a clear idea regarding computer hardware assembly and wiring.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
∎ Must be able to understand diagrams of setups and also have good analytical skills.
∎ Must be capable to manage Canva and other graphics tools to make proposals, brochures etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the skills to communicate with client personnel in high positions
∎ Must have the qualities to be a Techno-Marketeer. (Technical as well as Marketing/Sales Skills)
∎ Should have the willingness and quality to learn new ideas and concepts.
∎ It is required to have a clear idea of using windows, internet and video conferencing for communication with principal.
∎ Good command over verbal and written English.
∎ Ability to motivate and develop people.
∎ Ability to interpret and analyze client requirements.
∎ Able to manage multiple projects.
∎ Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
