Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Petrolium, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Job experience in BPC, Oil pipe line laying, projecet coordination
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain client and project target list
∎ Define clear strategies and schedules for achieving set targets
∎ Ensure prequalification of the Company with existing and potential customers, and government agencies to enable Company to be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities
∎ Carry out risk identification, profit potential, and analysis for each business target
∎ Manage tender submissions, including liaison with Operations, Planning, and Development, Facilities, Administration, and Finance on submission of bid documents.
∎ Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the Company to develop capabilities in areas that will give it strategic leverage for future projects.
∎ Gather and analyze market intelligence for new projects and opportunities.
∎ Ensure that client and potential inquiries are screened and channeled to the correct Department and responded to
∎ Ensure liaison with other departments as appropriate in relation to proposals, projects, legal, financing, tax, or other issues
∎ Advanced knowledge and skills in financial modeling and development of business models and plans, with a focus on significant financial analysis
∎ Having a solid understanding of the application of lubricants in different industries

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BPC, PADMA, Jamuna, GTCL Eastern refinery, and ARMY retired officers will be preferred
∎ Ideally, a candidate should be self-motivated, creative, and hard-working with team spirit
∎ He should be a non-smoker and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required
∎ Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license.
