Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from any reputed University.
∎ Ideally, having at least 3 years of Business Development, Marketing or Sales Experience will be a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ A Business Development Responsible would be responsible for helping our international brand to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth in Bangladesh region. S/he would review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
∎ Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
∎ Provide training to entrepreneurs and partners.
∎ See project execution from order to commissioning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
∎ You must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
∎ Trade Marketing & International Business experience is preferred.
∎ Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
