Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve student recruitment targets by generating new leads and managing conversion rates.
Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
Explore new markets and establish partnerships with local education consultants and students.
Represent the company in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and networking events both locally and internationally.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare monthly business development reports and present growth strategies to senior management.
