∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore New Market channel and hub.
∎ Monitor and handle distributor functions and the appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution.
∎ Identify market opportunities, analyzing consumer requirements, market size, the competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecast projected business, establish targeted market share.
∎ Visit Frequently Dealer/Distribution point and solve trade queries and problems.
∎ Analyze Monthly Target, Distributor Stock, Credit & Over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
∎ Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Any other job assign by the top management.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
