Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within an ISP or ICT company.

•Demonstrated track record of winning contracts, growing revenue, and managing key accounts.

• Prior experience supporting C-level executives or working in a HOO/CEO office is highly desirable.

•Familiarity with ISP infrastructure (fiber, wireless, VSAT, MPLS), managed services, and cloud solutions

.• Experience in government, enterprise, or B2B sales environments preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

•Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across ISP, broadband, fiber, and ICT service lines.

•Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, partnerships, and enterprise accounts.

•Lead the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, MoUs, and tender/RFP responses.

•Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to inform growth strategy.

•Negotiate commercial agreements with clients, vendors, and technology partners.

•Develop pricing models and go-to-market strategies in coordination with technical and finance teams.

•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

•Track business development KPIs and report progress to the HOO and executive leadership.

•Serve as a trusted aide to the HOO, supporting daily operations, decision-making, and priority management.

•Prepare executive briefings, board reports, and strategic presentations on behalf of the HOO.

•Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with the HOO's directives.

•Monitor operational KPIs and flag risks or performance gaps to the HOO with recommended actions.

•Manage and follow up on action items from executive meetings, ensuring timely delivery.

•Draft internal communications, memos, and policy documents as directed.

• Liaise with department heads, external stakeholders, and government bodies on behalf of the HOO.

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive business matters.
