Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates with Bachelor Degree in any Discipline; and
∎ Excellent writing skills in English is necessary. As per our understanding, an excellent writer is someone who can communicate their points to the readers without using too much fluff and in a way that the other person can easily understand.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ PREPARE/WRITE Expressions of Interest (EOI) as well as Technical and Financial Proposals for RFP/RFQ, etc.;
∎ SEARCH for new opportunities and IDENTIFY the right ones by assessing potentials (considering eligibility criteria and scope of work);
∎ COLLECT INFORMATION regarding the tender(s)/project(s) and CLARIFY the queries by communicating with the clients;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience in proposal writing and tender document preparation. Candidates with experience of writing proposals in the area of IT and Media related tenders/projects will get preference.
∎ Perfect communication and networking skills;
∎ Language Skill: Excellent Speaking/Writing/Reading Skill in English;
∎ Computer Skill: MS Office Applications;
∎ Experience in project management is a plus;
∎ Team player, who can work effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels;
∎ Independent and self-driven and work with minimum guidance.
∎ The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner;
∎ Conflict handling capacity;
∎ Self-motivation & control minded.
Salary:
∎ Salary range is monthly BDT- 50,000 to BDT- 60,000 which will depend on the skills and capacities of the candidate.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Food Allowance, TA/DA, Mobile Bill, Weekend (Friday and Saturday)
∎ Festive Bonus: 2 times yearly
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
