Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities and potential clients/customers in the government offices, banks, and private sectors through thorough market research and analysis of industry trends.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in government offices, banks, and private segments.
∎ Encourage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients/customers, understanding their needs and modifying solutions to meet their requirements.
∎ Create persuasive and compelling proposals and pitches to present to clients/customers, showcasing the unique value proposition of our products/services.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/customers and partners, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and driving successful collaborations.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and report on business performance metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular updates to the senior management team.
∎ Actively participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to enhance our business offerings.
∎ Developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Coaching and mentoring sales teams and junior staff members to improve performance and achieve targets.
