∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Technical Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Context:
∎ The position is permanent with a six months probation period.
∎ the selected candidate will be trained in-house to perform a good team player.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales planning and meet sales targets.
∎ Continue follow-up with customers to mature any deal.
∎ Search & expand new client base to increase sales volume.
∎ Top class execution of marketing tools.
∎ Endeavor for self-development and take the expanded role.
∎ Ability to convince clients to take the decision of buying this product for saving energy.
∎ Credit Management, ensure due collection to ensure regular cash flow.
∎ Merchandising / outdoor branding.
∎ Generating new ideas to increase the sales of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Energy Consumption and analysis
∎ Good understanding of different type of factories n their operations
∎ Industrial Electrical Systems
∎ Rigorous sales experience in any specific industry

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ No office pick and drop service and public transports for meeting clients
∎ Corporate mobile Number with a monthly fixed bill
∎ Sales commission (2.5% on each sale excluding AIT and VAT)
∎ Year-End Profit Share
∎ Yearly performance bonus (will be paid based on KPI rating)
