• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct tele sales and direct outreach to generate qualified leads.

• Manage and nurture leads provided by the company to ensure successful conversions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Deliver product demonstrations, client onboarding, and software/website training.

• Provide post-sales technical support and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Stay updated on software features, industry trends, and product updates.

• Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure service excellence.

• Collaborate with the development team to share client feedback and feature requests.
