Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers by operating the company’s Skype number to promote or sale the company's services.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
∎ Need to provide precise information to the customers so that they feel interest to take the service from the company.
∎ Primary day-to-day contact with clients and maintaining customer’s records.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, demonstrating creativity and understanding their unique requirements.
∎ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
∎ We are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented "Business Development Executive Tele sales" with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Prior experience in International Telemarketing will be a strong advantage.
