SYSSOLUTION is a fast-growing IT company working in Software Development, Bulk SMS, Voice Messaging, Managed IT Services, and Government Tender operations. The ideal candidate must have a go-getter attitude, be comfortable with on-site client interactions, and adapt quickly to our KPI-based daily reporting system.
Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell software, SMS, voice services, and IT solutions to corporate and government clients.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain client relationships.
Participate in public and private tender processes (including e-GP submission and documentation).
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales pitches aligned with client needs.
Submit daily reports and track performance through our KPI-based software system.
Conduct regular in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients and institutions.
Candidates with experience in digital marketing, branding, or promotional content creation will be prioritized.
Research market trends and competitors to identify growth areas.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure proper service delivery.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Branding will be considered an advantage
Ability to generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Email, Social Media)
Understanding of market positioning and promotional strategies for tech products

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
(Preference: Marketing, Business, or Computer Science/Engineering from a reputed university)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year in B2B Sales, Tender Sales, or Software/ITES
Freshers with excellent communication and strong ethical mindset are encouraged to apply
