∎ Graduates from other disciplines with the relevant experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BTL Marketing, Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new business plans to acquire new clients
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with the existing clients
∎ Prepare and present strategic plans for different BTL activations as per the client requirement
∎ Attend briefing sessions/ client follow up meetings as and when required
∎ Create content for digital marketing as per clients’ requirements
∎ Develop creative content/branding materials with the help of the visualizer
∎ Plan for pitching execution for events, activation and digital marketing
∎ Debrief different activation/campaign plans to the field operation team
∎ Prepare field team training script, cost estimation, coordination with execution team during activation end to end.
∎ Follow up, check out the trail activity of the filed team
∎ Prepare post evaluation details presentation as per campaign’s need
∎ Field visit as per campaign’s need
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Understands the basics of Digital Marketing / BTL planning
∎ Ability to convince both the clients and in-house stakeholders
∎ Strong relationship-building capability
∎ Ability to handle client queries/grievances
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Intermediate/Advance level user of MS office
Salary: Negotiable
