∎ • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

∎ • Experience in the garments industry will be an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
∎ • Manage and guide the Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals
∎ • Set clear targets for the sales team and ensure they meet them
∎ • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
∎ • Create and execute sales and marketing plans for business growth
∎ • Monitor market trends and suggest improvements for product offerings
∎ • Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis
