Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Vendors (Garment Buying Teams, Merchandisers)
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships.
∎ Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
∎ Own and manage client accounts after initial training and introductions.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and business objectives.
∎ Ensure client satisfaction by following up regularly and taking updates about their feedback and foster long-term partnerships
∎ To Retailer Hubs (Brands)
∎ Conduct visits and present company offerings (Initially introduced by Harnest).
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships with high engagement.
∎ Increase recurring revenue through up-selling and cross-selling while following company policies.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ Pabellón Deco Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand and nurture their clientele across two key business clusters—vendors (garment buying teams, merchandisers) and retailer hubs (brands). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships, driving recurring revenue, and ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing strategies.
