∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

∎ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in the education sector).
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Must be based in Dhaka or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international institutions.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner organizations.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
∎ Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to enhance outreach and conversion.
∎ Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and strategic planning.
