Job Context:
∎ Mediwell Healthcare Ltd.- A growing medical travel facilitator,
∎ Working in the Healthcare industry in Sylhet (offering end-to-end solutions to patients who want to travel abroad for medical treatment) is looking for smart (Field) executives for its Business Development Department.
∎ The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele and increasing the sales ratio of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job involves direct physical visits to clients and different partners such as travel agencies, diagnostic centers, hospitals, pharmacies, legal organizations, corporate offices and other individuals to sell the Company's service products.
∎ Responsible to secure new corporate client business.
∎ Identifying potential clients, preparing client list and conducting regular visit.
∎ Visit the clients as per the schedule and reach the location.
∎ New Client acquisition from open market.
∎ Develop & maintain business relationship through regular contact, communication and office visits.
∎ Coordinate with higher management & deploy necessary resources to achieve business goals.
∎ Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
∎ Regular reporting to the Business Development Manager on periodical Marketing & Sales performance.
∎ Keeping proper and organized documentation of visits, partners, clients and other necessary information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Brand Promotion, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicant should have the experience in the following area(s) Marketing, Business Development, Brand Promotion.
∎ Applicants must be efficient in English.
∎ Computer literacy with good report writing skill.
∎ Applicants must have good knowledge in M.S Office Package, internet and email correspondence.
∎ Applications must have the ability to work under challenging situations.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills with patience and pleasing personality.
∎ Strong monitoring skill and have capability to motivate people/customer.
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may vary on the basis of experience and business securing capacity.
