1+ Years of Call Center / Patient Management experience or experience from study abroad services.
Any experience in health service management is a plus.
Strong Leadership and Team Building Skills.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Closing Skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
3i Services is one of the prestigious Healthcare and study abroad service provider in Bangladesh. We provide medical and study abroad services to Thailand, Malaysia, India, Turkey and UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicating With patients to provide support for their needs.
Communicating With hospitals and partners to ensure proper support for patients.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety.
Maintaining accurate records of health service delivery and updating the company’s CRM system.
Leading the Sales Team & Setting Sales Goals to Meet Revenue Targets.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
Onboarding partners to provide patients to 3i Services.
Generating new business by identifying and catering new clients.
Managing channel partners and supporting them to convert clients.
Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting the company.
Need to Visit corporate client and build relation to get more patient.
Any other task by management.
Job Other Benifits:
Remuneration: 20,000 BDT + Other Benefits
