∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 3+ years of experience working with React.js and Next.js.
∎ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
∎ Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js features like API routes.
∎ Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
∎ Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development tools (Webpack, Babel).
∎ Problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
∎ Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
∎ Familiarity with GraphQL or other modern data-fetching methods.
∎ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

∎ Project Coordination: Oversee software development projects, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
∎ Team Management: Effectively manage the offshore development team, aligning tasks to their expertise and ensuring productivity.
∎ Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
∎ Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry demands to refine business strategies and service offerings.
∎ Ideal Candidate:
∎ Proven experience in business development, IT sales, or project management in the tech industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical project management.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
