Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential clients and project opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver proposals, documents, and presentations for local and international clients
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet business targets
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and project teams for tender submissions
Maintain systems for leads and pipeline management
Track BD KPIs and provide weekly/monthly reports to Senior manager of business development
Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings domestically and internationally
Monitor local and international tender portals (RFPs, EOIs, bids)
Act as a brand representative of the company in the engineering consultancy market
