Responsibilities & Context:

• Identify potential clients and project opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions

• Prepare and deliver proposals, documents, and presentations for local and international clients

• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet business targets

• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and project teams for tender submissions

• Maintain systems for leads and pipeline management

• Track BD KPIs and provide weekly/monthly reports to Senior manager of business development

• Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings domestically and internationally

• Monitor local and international tender portals (RFPs, EOIs, bids)

• Act as a brand representative of the company in the engineering consultancy market
