Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Listen to customers` travel preferences and requirements, and provide personalized recommendations for holiday packages.
- Package Customization: Tailor holiday packages to suit individual needs, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, including daily schedules, sightseeing plans, and any special arrangements, to enhance the customer experience.
- Budget Management: Assist customers in selecting packages that fit within their budget constraints, and provide transparent pricing information.
- Customer Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to customers before, during, and after their travels, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
