Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit existing Business customers (Shop/online business)
∎ Visit 100 + customers everyday
∎ Collect Orders
∎ Report Daily activity to supervisors
∎ Manage regular welcome to new merchants & also manage all churn related call for winback
∎ Increase parcel from regular merchants
∎ Handling day to day issues coming from merchants for smooth operations
∎ Manage all new acquisition & winback campaign
∎ Manage all reporting for F Commerce & E Commerce
∎ Responsible for building relationship approach to the prospective Vendors.
∎ Collect, forecast and analyse the market data for operating plans.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate goals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Sales Target oriented

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 - 2 years of full Time Experience in field level sales, order Collection, event management, branding etc.
∎ it's a core field job , if you are unable to visit the field then no need to apply.
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must be able to use smart phone & APP
∎ Experienced in Sales & Marketing in any renowned Courier company / E-commerce people will get high preference

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
