Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors / Masters (Science Background) from any reputed university
∎ Preference will be given for candidates with BBA from any reputed university and O, A Level background
∎ Preference will be given for candidates with Technical background
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit all Potential individual/ Corporate clients/Consultants/Govt. in connection with selling Commodity Products for Lifts & Escalators sector on regular basis to ensure effective Sales activities.
∎ Create new area/ Market Development and prepare the Primary & Secondary Sales forecast.
∎ To establish productive, professional relationships with assigned partners & accounts.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality and prepare sales & activity reports (Monthly and Quarterly).
∎ Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
∎ Coordinate the involvement of Site/Project Engineers with Company's Sales, Commercial, New Installation & other related departments to implement effective Handover of the Products.
∎ Collect relevant sales information of Potential individual/Corporate clients/Consultants/ / Architects in connection with Commodity Products in Elevator & Escalators sector.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preference will be given to experienced candidates in Elevator/ Building Materials Industries.
∎ Dynamic, Self-motivated, confident, proactive, willing to take challenges and work under pressure
∎ Excellent in communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Basic Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). AutoCAD is an added advantage.
∎ Interpersonal communication Skills
∎ Individual & Team Work Skills
