Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process oriented Project Management from award till handover including statutory requirements.
∎ Head up project team with assigned authority and responsibilities.
∎ Ensure SAFE working environment for employees and sub-contractors.
∎ Apply professional and consistent project mgmt. throughout all phases.
∎ Price and cost calculations, Input and Sign off responsibilities for major projects contractual terms continuously protecting financial entitlements, variation orders.
∎ Advise on Specification of lift material, material order processing to Sales and Engineering.
∎ Optimization of sourcing matrix.
∎ Project Management plan incl. Schedule, resource / capacity planning and quality assurance, i.e. inspection of the job sites on a regular basis.
∎ KPI monitoring, controlling and gap closing activities.
∎ Project Management reporting, prepare and attend monthly project reviews.
∎ Close monitoring of correspondence between Site Manager/ NI Supervisor and the site client representatives.
∎ Regular attendance at meetings with customers.
∎ Constant coordination with all project members.
∎ Alignment of process and procedures with Large Project Management and associated Operating Norms.
∎ Pre & post gap analysis.
∎ Preparing the cost variation Report.
∎ Completion as per the project duration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong execution and customer orientation.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
∎ Cross functional leadership record.
