∎ 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the architecture or interior design sectors.
∎ Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with the firm’s growth strategy.
∎ Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and present engaging proposals and presentations to potential clients.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored marketing materials and strategies.
∎ Attend developers company sales team, Apartments owner, Hotel-Motel, Fashion brand, Shopping Mall, and industry conferences to promote the firm and generate leads.
∎ Support the development of client service strategies and project delivery approaches.
∎ Source, onboard draft and execute contracts for new project.
∎ Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
∎ Demonstrated sales success
∎ Must have a mindset of working towards targets
