Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the preparation of project proposals, expression of interests, contract papers, and bidding documents
∎ Attend contract signing and negotiation meetings and provide necessary decisions
∎ Tender Processing: Tender Purchase, Bid meetings, Tender preparation, MOU & Submission.
∎ Explore new opportunities and potential clients in the market, establish and sustain a healthy relationship with recognized professionals and organizations
∎ Prepare, organize and manage contents for project proposals descriptions and maintain a comprehensive documentation process.
∎ Contribute to the development of the contents for marketing activities
∎ Lead and monitor the activities performed by the staff who are reporting to this position.
∎ Provide technical and business development assistance to any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English Speaking, Presentation, and Document preparation.
∎ Demonstrated experience in preparation of the proposals and contract documents for the projects implemented by the government and international development partners like World Bank, ADB, EDCF, GOB , etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The salary would be based on candidate`s specific criteria, like prior experience, skills, education and training.
