Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship or Marketing or Accounting or Finance.

∎ Role overview:
∎ Bangladesh's entrepreneurship program supports enterprises at all levels, from start-ups to 'investment ready' ventures. Sharing corporate expertise is vital in creating the core foundation to grow a successful next generation of businesses providing secure livelihoods for communities focusing on the most vulnerable; women and youth.
∎ One of the biggest challenges for entrepreneurs to grow and sustain their business is a lack of business knowledge and missing provider of business services in rural areas.
∎ The objective of the project is to increase capacity and ensure the employment of women and youth in rural Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferable:
∎ • Experience of work as an interpreter.
∎ • Experience coaching or mentoring of entrepreneurs.
∎ • Experience in small & medium entrepreneur development.
∎ • A good understanding of business operations.
∎ Desirable:
∎ • Working within business start-up functions will be added advantage.
∎ • Cross-cultural working experience will be added advantage.
